Leitrim’s Best Chef 2011

Winner of the Restaurant Association of Ireland’s ‘Leitrim’s Best Chef 2011′ Piero Melis is a serious cook, and if he worked away from the tiny hamlet of Kinlough he would be better known for his robust, rich Sardinian cuisine.
